Yes! Your $25-30 class fee (depending on location) includes board, leash, paddle, and life jacket. If you bring your own board the price drops to $15. BYO Board option is only available in outdoor classes.
Yes. Our classes often sell out, so you'll want to reserve your spot in advance. We also need to be sure that we bring a board for you, so if you reserve less than 24 hours in advance please text Carly at 425-346-4192 to confirm that we have received your reservation.
Please note that new Everett Parks & Rec clients need to register by 5pm on the Friday before a scheduled Forest Park class.

Class runs rain or shine. Regular SUP yoga classes can be rescheduled or refunded with 24 hours notice. Special events require 48 hours notice, more for certain events. If the class or event is cancelled due to conditions, wind, or not meeting the minimum class size you will be fully refunded.

Wear fast-drying, weather-appropriate yoga-style clothing. Shorts or capris at the pool. I don't recommend swimsuits unless it is very hot and you're comfortable doing downward facing dog in your swimsuit. Bring a towel and a change of clothes, you will get damp.
On average, one person falls in every three classes. It's no big deal! We cheer for whoever falls in, they get back on their board, and we continue class.
Yes, you need to be able to swim well enough to make it back to your board if you do fall off.
No, we have newbies all the time! We'll show you the basics of SUP and how to modify yoga poses to suit you.
Gather together 4-16+ friends for a private group SUP yoga class tailored just for you! Registration is the same price as a public class, is simple, and is done individually, so there's no need for you to collect your friends' payments. Contact me at hello@catalystyoganw to set your date!
Policies: Minimum of 4 students must be prepaid at least 72 hours in advance to secure your date. Travel surcharge may apply to areas outside our usual waters. Combo stand up paddle lesson and paddleboard yoga options are available!
We meet at the brick building on the beach at Thornton A. Sullivan Park. This is the big Silver Lake park, not the smaller one closer to Emory's. Look for my white SUV with my logo.
Use Google Maps. Other GPS apps will send you on a wild goose chase. From Mukilteo Blvd, turn onto Mukilteo Lane (look for the "Welcome to Mukilteo" or "Entering Everett" signs, depending on which direction you're going. Head down the hill. You should immediately see the bay and the big blue Port of Everett loader. Follow the road all the way down the hill, turn right over the train tracks, turn right again, and follow the road to the parking lot. Parking is free. THIS IS NOT THE BIG LIGHTHOUSE BEACH, EDGEWATER PARK, OR THE TINY DIVING BEACH BY SILVER CLOUD. Call 425-346-4192 if you need more help.
