One-on-one yoga classes are wonderful for those who are so busy that they need someone to knock on their door and tell them it's time to practice yoga! Many of my clients cite the accountability of having their yoga teacher come to them as an essential key in committing to their practice. I customize every session to your unique needs, so if you are healing from an injury, have a specific goal, or are looking for stress relief, it will fit exactly what you need.

60 minutes at your location. Alternate practice space can be provided by request. 

Office yoga is available for 45-60 minute sessions.
