Pause, breathe, and find center. Set aside time for yourself at Lake Cavanaugh to discover techniques to develop balance in all areas of your life. As you glide along on a stand up paddleboard, finding your power and balance, the chaos of the world will fall away. Yoga sessions on the paddleboard, in the woods, and by the lake will anchor your inner stillness. Heart-nourishing coaching sessions will help chart your course in life with wisdom and grace.
Relish in the warmth of sisterhood, trust, and self-reflection in our airy and intimate home for the weekend. As soon as you arrive you will be comforted by the soothing energy we find nestled between the brilliance of the lake and the tranquil forest.
Erin Matthews of Hydrology Stand Up Paddle will guide all levels of paddleboarders onto beautiful Lake Cavanaugh for paddling lessons and tours. No experience? No problem. Erin masterfully teaches beginners. Her dynamic and knowledgeable personality paired with her lifeguarding certification will keep you laughing, learning, and safe.
Manjeet Basran Russell of Infinite Balance pairs her playful sense of humor with her clear-eyed perception to lead us through daily life-balance coaching sessions designed to help you identify your biggest balance struggles and take action to bring them into alignment.
Carly Hayden of Catalyst Yoga teaches us the joy of paddleboard yoga, tranquil bedtime pajama yoga under the stars, and dreamy yoga in the woods.
Mama Kay feeds us wholesome, delicious meals the entire weekend and makes us all feel so loved!

Do I need yoga or stand up paddle experience?
No experience necessary! We'll teach you how to SUP and our yoga classes are for all levels. More SUP yoga questions? Check out our FAQ video.
Do I need to be able to swim?
Yes. Non-swimmers will need to wear a life jacket at all times. Erin is a certified lifeguard, and both Erin and Carly are trained in board assisted rescues, but safety first!
Do I need my own equipment?
We provide all gear, including wetsuits. If you have your own wetsuit, please bring it!
